Cancellation Policy:

Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the appointment time.
A non-refundable booking fee of $50 is required, which includes the cancellation policy.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded, but the booking fee can be transferred to a later date as a voucher (excluding the $50 fee).
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Booking Policy:

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for all bookings, with full payment due prior to the commencement of services.
For cancellations made outside the 24-hour window, the non-refundable $50 deposit will be retained, and the remainder of the booking amount will be refunded.
